Letters Of Invitation

If any student or faculty advisor requires a visa to come to China, Concordia can provide a Letter of Invitation to assist with the visa application process. Although the CISSMUN Team is prepared to help, please note that spearheading the visa application process is the responsibility of the attending school, and we cannot guarantee all visa applications to be successful.

Below is a list of the necessary information required for each student or faculty advisor:

  • Date

  • Location of visa application

  • Student/teacher name

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Passport number

  • Passport expiration date

  • Nationality

  • Job title (student/teacher)

  • Date of arrival and departure

  • School name

We have attached a template for the Letter of Invitation to this website with the required fields highlighted in yellow. Please replace the highlighted areas with the appropriate information and send the document to the CISSMUN email (cissmun@concordiashanghai.org) along with your Form II submission, which will be due November 8th. Please note that each visa applicant will require their own Letter of Invitation. The CISSMUN Secretariat will work to get these documents approved by Concordia before returning them to you for your visa application.

If you have questions, special circumstances or if the website is uncooperative, please contact the CISSMUN Secretariat (cissmun@concordiashanghai.org) and we will do our best to assist you.
