Please complete and submit this form even if you are arranging your own transportation.

For all schools requesting airport or train station transfers, the CISSMUN XIV administrative staff will arrange a pick-up at the airport or train station on the day of your arrival and get you back there on the day of your departure. A member of the CISSMUN XIV administrative staff will meet you in the arrival hall. Please complete the following form in order for us to plan your pick-up accordingly.

Please note that the cost for bussing will be 750RMB per transfer for a 13-seat bus and 1000RMB per transfer for a 33-seat bus. Furthermore, please note that the 13-seater bus does not come with suitcase storage space.
